Null3d.com User Agreement Policy

1. Overview

Null3d.com's (From here forth referred to as 'Null3d') intentions for publishing an User Agreement Policy is to protect the intellectual rights of indivuals and copyright owners. Due to the nature of the internet, it is impossible for Null3d to verify that each user's actions conforms to international copyright law(s). Null3d relies on users respecting this User Agreement.

2. Use

Do not perform, copy, distribute, or in any other way use copyrighted material that you do not have the respective rights to exercise. Null3d is a service for people that own rights to the respective material, but lack the ability to either convert it, stream it over the internet so they can access it anywhere, or perform backups. To place music is a playlist, you must submit proof of ownership by placing a photo of said proof in your profile. Proof can include, but not limtied to: Pictures of media purchased containing the respective material, receipts (can be edited to protect personal information), and serial numbers from media containing the respective material. If you listen to music you do not own, you must do so in accordance to the Fair Use Doctrine. The Fair Use Doctrine grants you the right to use copyrighted material for: criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Null3d gives you the tools required to research, teach (from), report news, comment, and criticize.

3. Violations

Any user that violates this User Agreement is subject to be banned without notice. Null3d can and will ban any user for any reason without notice and without just cause.

4. Changes

This agreement is subject to change at any time with no notice. The agreement can be viewed at anytime by logging out and revisiting the website.
